Lucy is just wonderful. My son has a painful verruca that I was fighting a loosing battle with using over the counter products! Lucy suggested a treatment called verrutop to help - our aim was to reduce the size and make it less painful over 6 treatments. Well 4 treatments later and it’s gone!! My son is autistic and she was amazing with him making him feel at ease, letting have time if he needed and making it all light hearted so he wasn’t anxious! He actually enjoyed going to see Lucy and going on the fun chair 🤣

I had the pleasure of visiting Lucy at her Mersham clinic for an appointment to check out my feet. Lucy was welcoming, courteous and professional, as you would expect, throughout. She reassured me about a toe nail that had previously been bothering me and gave my feet a thorough once over. She gave me advice about looking after my feet and advised me of useful routines. Lucy is clearly an expert in her field. She carries out her work with confidence and ensured that I was relaxed and felt welcome. It was a pleasure to see where and how she works. I would recommend Lucy unhesitatingly to anyone thinking about having their feet checked up and looked after.

Lucy is just the best! I have been taking my 9 year old daughter to her for a while now, first to treat some stubborn verruca's and also hard skin, she is super friendly, honest, good with kids and very experienced at what she does. I have also had my feet treated by Lucy and they have felt amazing for a long time afterwards, now my husband also regularly attends the clinic so it certainly became a family trip! I would 100% recommend Lucy.

I came to see Lucy for the partial removal of two toenails that recurrently became ingrown and total removal of one fungal toenail that remained infected despite trying most treatments under the sun. Lucy had the most competitive prices of all the podiatrists that I contacted across the South East of Kent. Throughout all the visits, from initial assessment to last check up, she created a safe environment by adhering to PPE guidelines and infection control policy, but she was also able to balance being professional with being very friendly and down-to-earth. Despite having to travel for at least 30 minutes to attend the clinic, I would now consider her my local podiatrist of choice and I would go back for any treatment that I may need in the future.

My feet have never felt so good, it was a strangely relaxing experience. Lucy is lovely, easy to talk to, kind, down to earth and she is very warm and welcoming,friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Her premises are beautiful and clean and her PPE and Covid procedures are excellent. I felt very safe there. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Her communication is also excellent. Altogether, it was a safe, easy, lovely visit. Thank you Lucy xx

Thank you to Lucy for helping me with foot pain. Unable/unwilling to visit a gp with this during the pandemic if possible, and Lucy helped me via telephone and gave advice and exercises to help with the pain. Hopefully will be eased soon. Tha ks again!
